I am a qualified HR professional with more than 20 years’ experience in HR management across a range of business sectors.
I have a degree in Business and am proud to be a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD). HR can often be undervalued but I genuinely believe that people are the greatest asset any organisation has and often a reason why businesses succeed or fail. This is why I set up the business.
In my spare time I am an active member and former Chair of the Birmingham Branch Committee of CIPD and am also a member of the Governing Body of a local primary school with specific responsibility for policy and safeguarding. I live in Sutton Coldfield with my husband, daughter Jasmine, and our family dog Willow who spends a lot of time keeping us company in the office.
My role in our team is to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes whilst creating a positive work environment and supplying the best snacks and chats (maybe too much of both!). Pop into the office and see what snacks we have on offer.

When I’m not working, you will usually find me on muddy dog walks with Ted the cockapoo, following the women’s super league or attempting to keep fit on the peloton bike!

My main responsibilities are in marketing and advertising, keeping our pages updated and creating content. I love creativity and outside of work I enjoy reading, sewing, going to museums and going out with friends. I have an MA in History from the University of Birmingham and live in Edgbaston with my friends.
I am Willow the Cavapoo. I have a very important role as it’s my job to make sure that everyone receives a super warm and cheerful welcome.
