  • At times we may contact you directly about the services we can offer as we believe they are relevant to your business. In these instances, we will have collected your data (name, position, company address and email) from available public records (eg Companies House, google, yell.com).
  • We may also contact you if you expressed an interest by following our account on social media or subscribe to our newsletter.
  • We always endeavour to ensure that our communications are not intrusive and that we add value and make life easier. If you prefer not to hear from us, please let us know and we will remove our details from our database and cease communication.

  • This data is used by our administrative team and Managing Director and is stored on the Cloud server. This information is shared with our accountants and HRMC.
  • We retain your data in line with our legal responsibilities as your employer.

THE RIGHT TO BE FORGOTTEN 

  • We will always include a clear and straightforward opt-out method on all of our marketing email communication in the future with you so that you have an easy-to-follow route if you decide you no longer wish to be contacted by Colden HR Ltd.
